Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Opening

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Ready for your next challenge? Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening at a busy apartment community in Fort Myers, FL .

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot maintenance issues, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

This is a high-volume, fast-paced property that requires someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. We're looking for a technician who is dependable, motivated, and ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Complete service requests in a timely manner
Perform apartment make-readies for new residents
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Repair drywall, paint, doors, locks, and other building components
Assist with preventive maintenance and property upkeep
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
EPA Certification is preferred
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
Ability to prioritize work orders and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
