Landscape Operations Manager

You’ll be responsible for managing routes, coordinating crews, controlling labor hours, and making sure work is delivered to company standards. You will manage field crews, monitor job progress, and ensure work is completed according to schedules, budgets, and company standards. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily work schedules for crews Visit job sites to verify quality, productivity, and safety Ensure jobs are completed according to contract specifications Monitor labor hours and job costs Resolve field issues and keep operations running smoothly Supervise crew leaders and enforce company standards Support snow operations during winter events What Success Looks Like Crews are organized and productive Jobs stay on schedule and within budget Labor and routes are efficient Communication between field and office is clear Work is delivered consistently to company standards About the Work Moscarino Landscape + Design provides commercial landscape maintenance and snow services for HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a hands on operations role for someone who takes pride in running efficient, organized crews and delivering consistent results.
