Customer Service Representative | Kansas City, MO AAA Cooper Transportation is immediately hiring a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative, Terminal Clerk to join the team at our Kansas City, MO Service Center. This administrative position plays a key role in resolving freight discrepancies to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Communicate with customers, drivers, and service center staff to resolve issues. Document discrepancies, file reports, and maintain accurate records. Assist in identifying trends to improve freight handling practices. Support general clerical tasks within the operations team. Other duties as assigned.
