Respiratory Therapist

Position Overview Join the United Health Services (UHS) Respiratory Therapy team that is leading the region in respiratory care. Help lead advancements that will improve the delivery of care and find limitless potential for personal and professional growth by ensuring RT services rendered are completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Those served include inpatients, outpatients, UHS staff and employees, and affiliated UHSH community groups as needed, all working together to educate and care for our patients. Position Details Primary Department: Pulmonary Services, UHS Wilson Medical Center Primary Work Shift: Rotational Weekly Hours: 36 Compensation Range: $33.63 - $50.45 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Ensure respiratory therapy services are completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy. One (1) year experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred. New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License. BLS/CPR Certification upon hire. ACLS Certification within 3 months of hire. Benefits Starting rates at $32.69/hr., with a career ladder based on experience and credentialing.
