• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in real estate transactions.

• Participate in property showings and open houses to gain hands-on experience.
• Support the negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Utilize company-provided tools and systems to streamline client interactions and transactions.

• No Experience Required

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new real estate tools and technologies.

• Proven track record of working collaboratively in team environments.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
