Confidential is hiring a General Manager to lead a high-volume, low-mix Swiss-machining site in Westford, MA. You will own the P&L, drive throughput, and implement machine-monitoring software to improve performance. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong capability in cost, capacity planning and ISO 9001 quality systems.
