We're hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team in Manteno. This role is a great fit for someone who's experienced, highly adaptable, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting executives with key business activitiesfrom strategy and planning to client meetings and operational execution Helping lead cross-functional coordination as the company grows and enters new markets Being hands-on during business trips, client visits, and important meetings (some travel will be required) Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners Staying flexible and focused under pressurethis role moves fast, and priorities can shift quickly Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 5 years of work experience in operations, business support, or similar roles Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with frequent travel and a dynamic workload A high level of professionalism and the ability to work directly with executives Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location. Expected Pay Range

$95,000 - $110,000 USD
