Service Desk Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft administration experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and end-user issues.
\n
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
\n
• Support Windows 11 desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
\n
• Manage user accounts, permissions, device enrollment, and endpoint compliance policies.
\n
• Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Exchange Online.
\n
• Perform workstation imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.
\n
• Provide professional technical support to employees and senior executives.
\n
• Document incidents, resolve tickets, and escalate complex issues as needed.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Experience in Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support within a corporate environment.
\n
• Hands-on administrative experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
\n
• Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and endpoint management experience.
\n
• Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, VPNs, networking, and Windows Server.
\n
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume support environment.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
