This is not a seniority-based bump it is a performance-based promotion that requires demonstrated excellence in the field, strong character, and a genuine ability to teach.What You'll DoDeliver PAM's full range of pet care services at the highest standardServe as the primary field trainer and mentor for all new PCT hiresHandle complex, high-needs, and behaviorally challenging clients and petsAct as a trusted resource for PCT questions in the fieldSupport scheduling and routing as it relates to training assignmentsComplete training documentation and submit readiness feedback to leadershipWhat This Promotion IncludesPay increase to $16.50$17.50/hour based on experience and performanceTitle change to Senior Pet Care SpecialistExpanded shift and hours eligibility, including training-specific assignmentsWho Should ApplyYou are a strong candidate if you have been a PCT at PAM for 9 or more months and are currently in good standing, have a track record of consistent high-quality service and reliability, hold yourself to PAM's standards even when no one is watching, genuinely enjoy teaching and helping others grow, and hold current Pet CPR & First Aid and pet care certifications along with a valid Michigan driver's license and auto insurance.The ProcessThis is a three-step internal promotion process: digital application, panel interview with the General Manager and Operations Manager, and a practical field demonstration. All three steps are required. The General Manager makes the final decision. Applicants who are not selected may reapply after 90 days.How to ApplyComplete this application in full.
