Program Aide

LOCATION: Amphi Corps – 218 E. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Must become CPR/First Aid/AED certified Working knowledge of computers MS Word/Excel Outgoing personality Work well with youth Good Communication & organizational skills Valid Arizona Driver’s License Successful background clearance Responsibilities Assist with the supervision of program participants Provide guidance in after-school, summer day camp, teen and troop programs Assist with kitchen duties, preparation, serving and warming food as needed Assist in daily clean up in assigned work area Assist with various fund-raising events throughout the year Assist in securing of facility upon completion of programs or activities Maintain a safe and secure environment/property for all program participants Effectively enforce all center rules, regulations and policies, maintaining proper conduct Participate in weekly meetings to discuss program planning, accomplishments, concerns Other duties as assigned by the supervisor as it relates to the position of Program Aide Physical Requirements Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
