Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Job Overview Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part Time) Starting Wage: $17.00 – $22.00 Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months and at least three years of proven driving experience. Key Responsibilities Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements. Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow and use handheld scanners or count tools. Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity‑based wage increases. Uphold WIS core values of service, pride, integrity, results, innovation, and teamwork in a safe, inclusive environment. Qualifications At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver, and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred. No inventory experience required; discipline and attention to detail are essential. Reliable attendance, strong focus, and a positive team‑oriented attitude. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts, and to use handheld scanners. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment background checks and MVR compliance. Flexible availability for varied hours, including early mornings and late nights. Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods, walk or move frequently, perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, and frequently adopt low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching. Ability to use ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 lb., and travel via car or plane, including overnight stays. Benefits Competitive pay with productivity‑based wage increases up to $5.00.
