Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy benefit structures
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex data interpretation
• Current knowledge of product coverage, payer policies, and healthcare market dynamics
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare ecosystem and customize approaches for diverse stakeholders
