The Field Procurement Representative is responsible for executing field procurement activities in direct support of onsite construction projects. This role works closely with field construction teams, project management, engineering, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required at the job site. The Field Procurement Representative serves as the primary field procurement point of contact for assigned projects and ensures compliance with company procurement policies, contract requirements, and project schedules. This position is a site based role requiring mobilization to the construction project site location near Beech Island, SC for a long-term assignment.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years experience without a degree OSHA and any other mandatory training should an onsite position be assigned All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Purchasing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent field procurement experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support for construction, industrial, or capital projects. Working knowledge of purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced field environment. Advanced experience supporting onsite or field based construction projects. Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms). Advanced understanding of construction materials, equipment rentals, and field services. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional project teams. Work Environment/Physical Demands

Typical construction site environment. Primarily supports complex construction or project sites, with frequent interaction with field personnel. Requires travel to project sites as needed. Fast paced environment with changing priorities driven by construction schedules.
