Charge Nurse (RN) – ICU Job Type: Full Time | Days Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for Day Shift with a 2-year commitment Schedule: 3x12s, Days (7a-7p). Holidays and Weekends Required. Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
