They collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and prevent medication errors throughout the patient's facility stay.RequirementsFlu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations AllowedMUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL – FIRMBachelor of Science in Pharmacy Required.PharmD, RPh requiredEPIC Charting Experience RequiredSkills/Experience Required: IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication ordersSkills/Experience Preferred: Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing1 Year Inpatient Pharmacy Experience Required.Travel Experience PreferredSchedule: Shift: 5x8's Rotating schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend). If working overnights, 7 nights on, 7 nights off.
