Customer Service Assistant-Mortgage Servicing
LHH Recruitment is partnering with out client, a well-established mortgage servicing company in East Phoenix, who is seeking a Customer Service Assistant. . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage servicing experience who enjoys providing exceptional customer support while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and is paying up to $24/hr.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding mortgage servicing inquiries.
• Assist customers with questions related to escrow accounts, property taxes, insurance, and loan servicing.
• Review insurance bills for accuracy and enter insurance policy and billing information into the mortgage servicing system to ensure timely escrow disbursement and payment processing.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to insurance premiums, escrow accounts, and property tax payments.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, tax authorities, and internal departments to resolve account issues.
• Review and process escrow-related documentation, insurance bills, and property tax information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate account notes within the servicing system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage servicing regulations.
• Support the servicing team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience within the mortgage servicing industry required.
• Experience reviewing insurance bills and working with escrow accounts and property tax payments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
