Clinical Oversight
- Oversee resident care and nursing services
- Complete assessments and medication administration
- Monitor health changes and coordinate physician communication
- Ensure compliance with CT assisted living regulations
- Maintain documentation accuracy
- Support quality assurance initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Connecticut
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Leadership and delegation skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
- Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs
