Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Assisted Living & Memory Care Community in a hands-on clinical position.

This role is ideal for a nurse who is looking for:

Experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care or memory care is a plus!

What You'll Do
Clinical Oversight

• Oversee resident care and nursing services
• Complete assessments and medication administration
• Monitor health changes and coordinate physician communication
• Ensure compliance with CT assisted living regulations

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain documentation accuracy
• Support quality assurance initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Connecticut
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Leadership and delegation skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
• Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs
