Senior Counsel

Senior Counsel Position Summary Full‑time, salaried position located onsite at our Bridgewater, NJ office. The Senior Counsel will closely interface with legal, business development and operations personnel across the US and selected international locations, serving as a key legal resource on the commercial team. Location Bridgewater, NJ (Onsite) The Role Draft, review, analyze, structure, and negotiate agreements related to manufacturing, packaging, development, purchase, supply, license, and service. Advise and train business unit personnel on compliance policies, customer and vendor relations, contract matters, and regulatory issues. Assist in merger and acquisition activity. Resolve customer disputes and claims, support litigation, and direct outside counsel in dispute/litigation matters. Provide general advice to senior management of business units and other senior company personnel on a day‑to‑day basis. Offer guidance to achieve business objectives in compliance with applicable laws and mitigate unacceptable risks. Perform additional duties as assigned. The Candidate Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of three years of transactional/commercial law experience, ideally from large law firms and/or in‑house pharmaceutical experience. Admissible to practice as an in‑house lawyer in New Jersey. Physical ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0–15 pounds. Pay and Benefits Salary range for this position in New Jersey: $136,890 – $209,200, plus bonus when eligible. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and business needs.
