| Must have extremely strong BSA experience (Gathering Requirements, release management, documentation, triaging requests etc..) | ||
| Must have experience working with a bank or financial services domain, including exposure to larger scale implementations and the ability to develop strong business cases involving financial analysis and risk assessment. | ||
| Must have experience with Azure DevOps for managing teams | ||
| Must have advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to analyze, report, and validate data at the source using various methods and tools. | ||
| Must have demonstrated capability to influence project outcomes with authority, exhibit self-confidence, and manage projects effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment. |
