Audiologist

Job Overview North Bay ENT and Audiology is seeking a full‑time Audiologist to work across three locations: Franklin Square, Bel‑Air, and Havre de Grace. The role involves performing hearing tests, exams, sales of hearing aids, obtaining prior authorizations, and developing treatment plans for adults and pediatrics. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, including pure tone and speech audiometry, immittance evaluations, and OAEs. Provide accurate test interpretation and diagnoses of hearing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and communication goals, including hearing aid selection, fitting, and troubleshooting. Utilize objective measurements for device verification. Provide ongoing support and counseling on diagnosis, prevention, and management of hearing disorders to patients and their families throughout the treatment process. Maintain accurate patient records, including test results, interpretation, treatment plans, and progress notes. Complete administrative duties as needed. Requirements Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's from an accredited institution. Strong diagnostic and treatment skills, with the ability to work with patients of all ages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, their families, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously. Proficiency in using audiology diagnostic equipment and software.
