This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a "high risk, high reward" type of environment.This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for driven and high-performing individuals.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentifies new business opportunities through extensive research, persistent cold outreach, and telephone and email prospectingCultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking.Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite levelProvides leads, schedules meetings, and stays in frequent contact with potential clientsDrafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients.QUALIFICATIONSActive Real Estate LicenseAbility to initiate contact with and pursue C-level executives.Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in an entrepreneurial environmentExcellent professional writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and needsEnthusiastic, dedicated approach to understanding prospective client needs and implementing outreach strategiesA persistent, competitive, ambitious, and proactive attitude, with a strong moral compassA coachable and collaborative demeanor with strong teamwork skillsPREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE2+ years of business development/outbound sales experienceCommercial Real Estate experience preferredExperience with high-volume strategic outbound prospectingBachelor's degreeSavills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
