We are hiring dependable and customer-focused Medical Equipment Delivery Drivers to support a leading healthcare services company throughout the greater Seattle area. This position combines delivery driving, warehouse support, equipment sanitation, and customer service. Drivers are responsible for delivering, picking up, cleaning, and preparing medical equipment for use while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare staff and facility personnel.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are comfortable driving box trucks and sprinter vans, enjoy hands-on work, and can provide professional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, as this is a 24/7 operation that may require weekends, holidays, graveyard shifts, and mandatory overtime depending on business needs.
Compensation:
$23.50/hr
$24.50/hr for graveyard shifts
Schedule:
Schedules are determined after the training period based on operational needs. Candidates must be open to weekends, holidays, graveyard shifts, and mandatory overtime as needed. Once assigned, schedules remain consistent week to week.
Training Schedule: (90 days)
First 30 days: Warehouse training and equipment cleaning, Monday-Friday
Second 30 days: Equipment cleaning on assigned schedule
Final 30 days: Ride-alongs with experienced drivers to learn delivery routes and procedures
Location:
Kent, WA
Responsibilities:
Deliver and retrieve medical equipment from healthcare facilities and service locations
Drive box trucks and sprinter vans safely throughout the greater Seattle area, including downtown routes
Prepare equipment for use, including verifying accessories, disposables, and software readiness
Clean, sanitize, and inspect medical equipment following company protocols
Load and unload equipment safely from company vehicles
Maintain professional and courteous relationships with healthcare staff and facility personnel
Communicate effectively regarding equipment functionality and delivery updates
Accurately complete documentation and utilize basic computer systems as needed
Follow all safety procedures, DOT requirements, and company standards
Requirements:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and full 10-panel drug screen
Previous customer service, delivery, warehouse, or healthcare support experience preferred
Comfortable driving box trucks and sprinter vans, including in downtown and high-traffic areas
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, varying shifts, and mandatory overtime as needed
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in healthcare environments
