Superior Home Products is an established manufacturer of cultured marble products located in Wentzville. We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team.

The Service Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the home builder, homeowner, and company. This position is the central point of coordination for scheduling service appointments, resolving service-related issues, and maintaining accurate service records.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing incoming service requests and determining which skilled technician is best suited for each job.
• Contacting builders and homeowners by phone to schedule service appointments.
• Prioritizing and managing the service schedule to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, economically, and in a timely manner.
• Continuously monitoring and adjusting the service schedule to maximize technician productivity and labor utilization.
• Coordinating technician routes based on geographic location, appointment times, and customer availability.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding repairs, service requests, and replacement parts.
• Evaluating service concerns and helping resolve disputes in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintaining accurate service reports, records, and scheduling information.
• Communicating effectively with customers, builders, technicians, and internal team members to ensure exceptional service.
