Primary Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions: Ready stations before opening and closing shifts, complete scheduled side work to enable full focus on guest care. Communicate effectively with customers and help them with their food and beverage selection. Manage tables and overall guest experience. Professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude. Transmits orders to the bar and kitchen by recording guests’ choices; identifying guests’ special dietary needs and special requests. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 1‑year of experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced work environment. Ability to create memorable guest experiences. Gain proficiency in the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offerings. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service. Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude. Must have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by location. Our Ideal Candidate: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic. Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Reports to: General Manager Department: FOH Operations Work Environment/ Physical Demand: Must be able to stand for full shift Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests. Must be able to work in areas of loud noise. Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish Extended periods of standing and walking to different parts of the restaurant at different levels. Fast paced hands‑on position. Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is maintained at a low level.
