This is a full-time, on-site position in Independence, Ohio. This is not a remote or hybrid position. Extensive HubSpot experience is required.

ROE Dental Laboratory is a leading full-service dental laboratory dedicated to providing exceptional products, innovative digital solutions, and outstanding customer service to dental professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive the continued growth of the ROE brand.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of ROE Dental Laboratory's branding, digital marketing, lead generation, content strategy, customer engagement, marketing operations, and event marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that generate measurable business growth while strengthening brand awareness and customer retention. The ideal candidate has experience in a corporate marketing department or agency environment and is equally comfortable developing strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, managing vendors, and leading multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

Qualifications Required

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or agency.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing marketing automation, CRM systems, lead generation, and customer engagement programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative software.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or B2B marketing.
• Experience managing trade shows, conferences, and event marketing.
• Experience leading or coordinating creative teams and external vendors.
