Remote Defense Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Job Details Remote or hybrid location. Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year. Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Defense Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of cases and clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability. Friendly team Growing practice Exciting cases Awesome benefits Responsibilities Handling a wide range of legal matters including Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability. Representing clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters. Communicating with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case. Conducting research and analysis of legal problems. Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for clients. Presenting facts in writing and verbally to clients or others, and arguing on their behalf. Preparing and filing legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Qualifications A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Proven experience as an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability. Superior research and drafting skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
