About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Idaho Start Date: October 26, 2026 or later Location: Eastern Idaho Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week guaranteed. Rotating shifts including weekdays, weekends, and call coverage. Weekend call rotation every four weeks with evening/night coverage distributed evenly among team. Call shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, with scheduling not exceeding 60 combined work and call hours per week. Highlights: - 13 operating rooms supporting diverse surgical specialties including trauma, burn, neuro, robotics, cardiac, orthopedics, and more- Collaborative team of 25 RNs and 29 CSTs with structured shift coverage- Average 50 hours of surgical time per weekday with variable weekend volume- EMR system: Meditech- Professional environment following AORN standards- Exposure to high-acuity trauma and burn cases Requirements: - Active Idaho RN license required at time of submission- 3+ years of operating room experience- Trauma experience required- BLS certification current- Shift and call flexibility essential- CNOR certification preferred- Experience in burn, robotic, or neuro procedures highly desirable Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a comprehensive surgical environment with exceptional case diversity ranging from routine procedures to complex trauma and burn cases.
