Real Estate Showing Agent

Showami

Overview Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Paradise and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Job Responsibilities Assists in showing homes, providing light inspection reports, coordinating Open Houses and performing other real estate tasks as needed. Agents must use an electronic lockbox to show homes.

Requirements

Must be a currently licensed real estate agent (Showami can help with licensing).

Must have access to the MLS.

Must have experience showing homes in the Paradise area.

Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity for tips; often multiple homes per client, paid for each home shown.

Full MLS access and ability to schedule and show homes required; electronic lockbox may be required if applicable.

Additional Information Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Nevada . If you are unlicensed, Showami can help with discount real estate licensing classes and can refer you to brokerages once licensed.
