Electrical Superintendent OpportunityA well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Superintendent to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for someone who can oversee field operations and keep projects moving efficiently.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys being involved in the field and working closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and customers.Responsibilities:Oversee electrical field operations on local commercial and industrial projectsManage Foremen, electricians, and field personnelCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedulingWork closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedulesCoordinate with General Contractors, customers, and other tradesReview plans, specifications, and project requirementsMonitor quality, safety, productivity, and project progressTroubleshoot field issues and help develop solutionsAttend project meetings and provide regular updatesEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirementsRequirements:7+ years of electrical construction experiencePrevious Electrical Superintendent experienceStrong commercial and/or industrial electrical backgroundStrong knowledge of electrical construction methods and codesAbility to manage multiple crews and projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsWhat's Offered:Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package401(k)Paid time off and holidaysStrong backlog of local projectsEstablished local electrical contractorLong-term opportunityMinimal travel with projects concentrated in the local marketIf you're an experienced Electrical Superintendent looking for a long-term opportunity with a strong local contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
