Data Analyst

Location: Virginia (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and suggest improvements.
• Assist in the design and development of data models and analytics frameworks.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
