Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative – Alegeus Take a leading role in developing new business opportunities for our fintech and healthtech solutions. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, build relationships, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, direct mail, and follow-up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns. Identify and engage appropriate buyers, decision makers and influencers within target accounts to introduce and position Alegeus partner solutions. Conduct research and discovery to understand market trends, prospect needs, and competitive positioning. Qualify leads and uncover pain points to align Alegeus platform capabilities with prospect challenges. Build and nurture relationships with prospects over time to grow the sales pipeline and support long‑term revenue goals. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales ops, and account executives, while leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo to track and report on activities. Qualifications Creative, high‑energy, and resourceful with a strong appetite to grow into a B2B technology sales professional. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and pipeline management best practices. 2+ years of sales experience in TPA, health insurance, benefits administration, or SaaS sales (preferred). BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience. Remote location – you will work from your home office.
