IT Business Relationship Manager Overview: The role is the first point of escalation on behalf of data center customers, providing in‑depth support, leading problem‑solving and implementation for mission‑critical applications, and serving as liaison between IT operations and customers. Responsibilities Act as first point of escalation for data center customers. Provide in‑depth support for mission owner applications. Lead problem‑solving and implementation efforts. Utilize engineering lifecycle processes and understand data center operations. Solve routine problems, refer complex issues to higher levels. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT and data management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of customer services and data center technologies. Detail‑oriented, comfortable in fast‑paced environment. Flexible, able to adapt to evolving processes and priorities. Associate’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience with network, systems administration or systems engineering. Knowledge of commercial cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Self‑starter managing time and priorities. Collaborative and independent work capability. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Security Clearance Secret clearance required. Compensation Annualized salary range: $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (USD). Salary determined by location, education, experience, and contract‑specific factors.
