Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to site contacts.
• Assist with security-related duties during medical-related situations, alarms, and facility events by following post instructions and coordinating with onsite personnel and/or first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
