Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Provide training and consultation to school staff and families on behavior management techniques. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized behavior programs. Monitor and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Minimum 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience. Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
