Pinal County, Arizona

⏱️ 13-Week Contract | 40 Hours/Week
☀️ Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
The Opportunity
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Cover POD 6 / Pinal County , including Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, and Arizona City .
Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
Complete required home-care documentation, including OASIS .
Preferred Experience
Previous Home Care/Home Health RN experience
OASIS knowledge
Wound care experience
ICU, ED, or Med-Surg experience is also valuable
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
40 hours/week
Navy scrubs required
Navy warm-up jacket permitted
