Store Manager

Role Description The Store Manager role at Graze Craze is a full-time, on-site position based in Woodinville, WA. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring timely preparation of charcuterie boards and grazing orders. This role is responsible for maintaining product quality, visual presentation, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. The Store Manager leads and develops team members, provides coaching and performance feedback, and fosters a positive, customer-focused work environment. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, supporting local marketing initiatives, handling customer concerns, and helping ensure the store meets revenue and profitability targets. Expected Availability Monday- Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm Expected Pay $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Excellent Communication skills for leading teams, coordinating with vendors, and interacting with customers and franchise support staff. Proven Store Management experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or retail environments. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including cash handling, inventory control, and shrink reduction. Ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams, with strong time management and organizational skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, including evenings and weekends as needed. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
