Veterinary Technician Supervisor – Radiology and Outpatient BluePearl Pet Hospital in Stone Oak, TX is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead a team of veterinary professionals in Radiology and Outpatient services. The ideal candidate will motivate, engage, and train staff, exemplify advanced veterinary skills, and maintain a dynamic work environment with exciting medical cases and career development opportunities. Responsibilities Serve as a mentor to lower‑level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge. Coach team members to stay proactive in anticipating and addressing patient and client needs, and to seek assistance with escalated or stressful situations. Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings. Develop and organize training schedules for Technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolving them. Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans. Perform other related duties as assigned.
