We're the #1 indoor tanning brand in the nation , and we're looking for a sales-focused, people-first Manager to lead our Lafayette, LA salon. If you're excited by the idea of building an unstoppable team and creating a feel-good, look-good customer experience, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage daily operations to keep the salon running smoothly and stylishly.
  • Hire, train, and coach a high-performing crew that hits goals and builds a loyal client base.
  • Drive revenue through memberships, retail, and services by using your proven sales techniques and leadership know-how.
  • Create a clean, inviting, and energetic space customers love coming back to.
  • Track sales metrics, manage budgets, handle cash, and stay on top of admin responsibilities.
  • Promote in-store and in the community to grow awareness and boost traffic.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000–$55,000/year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
