Responsibilities Include:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership.
• Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Program Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business services across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, including cadence for reviews, reporting, and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to Aerospace & Defense industry standards, including ITAR, EAR, and other export control regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and client compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Mentor and develop team members to build domain and delivery capabilities.
• Optimize resource utilization and manage capacity planning.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing complex programs, ensuring compliance with export control regulations, and driving operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models
