Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Faculty Success Specialist to lead onboarding, orientation, readiness assessment, remediation, and early transition for new clinical faculty at our Florida campuses. The role partners with campus leadership to ensure consistent adherence to onboarding standards and faculty development plans.
