As part of the Dental Access Carolina team, dentists operate
in a state-of-the-art facility and are given access to patients
who may never have a chance to receive dental care since we
deliver services on site. By eliminating the need for patients
to travel, we eliminate one of the most significant barriers for
many patients to receive consistent care, especially children.
Our dentists have the potential to earn income which exceeds
many of the compensation models for corporate dentistry or
traditional associateships while having a very attractive work
schedule which lends to a higher quality of life.

Pay

$78~$200 per hour

Salary Details
Compensation is based on the total production of the mobile unit per day. Both preventative and restorative are factored into the formula.

Job Description

The team (patient advocate, assistant, hygienist and doctor) meet at the particular school just after the bell rings to start classes (usually around 7:30-8:00am depending on the school). It takes about 20-30minutes to set-up and the target is to be ready 20minutes after the first bell has rung. The day ends approximately 20min prior to the ending bell for the day. The current schedule is “school based”. So the van is working when the kids are in school. When school is out, the van does not go out.
Work Location Note:
This is a mobile clinic position. Based out of our Rock Hill, SC office, our team travels to various schools in the greater Rock Hill, Sumter, and Columbia areas to provide dental care on-site.

Shift & Schedule

Dental Access Carolina is a mobile clinic that serves the greater Rock Hill, Sumter and Columbia areas and surrounding school districts from Head Start age to high school kids. The position is 5 days per week, Mon – Fri. The mobile clinic consists of two chairs. One for hygiene and one for restorative. The schedule is based on "school days".
