DSRT SURF is seeking a Director of Surf Operations in Palm Desert, CA. This on-site role owns all in-water operations and safety programs while leading the Surf Ops team to the highest standards. You will coordinate with Guest Experience, Facilities, and HR to optimize guest journeys, staff development, and operational excellence.
