Joining us means contributing to service excellence and gaining global facilities management experience.OverviewWe seek skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Maintenance Technicians to perform a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.How You Will Add ValueInstall, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces and ventilation equipment.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, such as filter changes and duct cleaning.Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, ensuring compliance with all codes.Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.Diagnose and resolve minor plumbing issues, such as clogged drains and faulty water heaters.Assist with general maintenance tasks across facilities.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Follow safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role3–5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance required.Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles.Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.Valid driver's license with a clean record.Work Schedule & LocationStandard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work arrangement: On-site, St. Petersburg, FLFranklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary—designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
