Position: Rad/CT Technologist

Location: Liberal, Kansas

Base Pay: $35.92/hour + additional compensation based on experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Every other weekend:
• • Friday: 11:30 PM–7:00 AM
  • Saturday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • Sunday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Holiday rotation follows the assigned shift schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic and CT procedures safely and accurately
• Provide quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain radiology and CT equipment according to department standards
• Follow appropriate imaging protocols and procedures
• Assist with portable imaging and C-arm procedures as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately document procedures and patient information
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and hospital policies
• Support efficient patient flow within the Radiology Department

Department Overview

The Radiology Department includes:

• 2 radiology rooms
• 2 portable units
• 3 C-arms
• 1 DEXA unit
• 1 CT room
• Off-site radiologist coverage

Typical daily volume ranges from approximately 8–20 patients , with volume varying based on Emergency Room activity.

Charting/PACS: Meditech and NovaRad PACS
Scrub Color: Any professional scrubs

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
• Kansas LRT license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Radiologic/CT technologist experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $35.92/hour + additional compensation based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000–$5,000 paid during the first pay period after employment, plus $2,000 after completion of each of years 1–3 , subject to applicable terms
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500 with receipts required for reimbursement
