Each trip is an opportunity to provide comfort, support, and peace of mind.Responsibilities Include:Drive a van to transport Residents to scheduled destinations, including hospitals and doctors' offices.Assist Residents safely entering and exiting the vehicle.Escort Residents into appointments, ensure they are properly signed in, and provide medical office staff with your cell phone number for pick-up coordination.Use a hands-free cell phone to communicate with the Transportation Supervisor and medical offices.Fuel, clean, wash, and vacuum vehicles to maintain a safe, comfortable, and pleasant ride experience.Report vehicle concerns or maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor.Record vehicle mileage daily.Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll BringWe're seeking individuals who combine safe driving skills with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.Qualifications:Valid Pennsylvania Driver's LicensePrevious bus or passenger driving experience preferredLess than high school education, or up to 3-6 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer serviceAbility to remain calm, attentive, and professional in all situationsGenuine desire to provide exceptional service and support to othersSchedulePart-Time Schedule varies based on business needs, with most hours available on weekends and evenings.LocationLakes - 300 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA 17584Manor Campus - 211 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA 17602More Than a Driving JobAt Willow Valley Communities, you're not simply transporting Residents from one destination to another.
