ATR International is hiring a University Recruiter for a major client!

Location: Raleigh, NC – mostly remote

Hourly Rate: $38 - $46

Details: This is a  University Recruiter role focused primarily on  internship hiring , with some  full-time university recruiting expected as well.

• The recruiting season starts around  August , but preparation and ramp-up begin around  June .
• The role will support  college campus recruiting , high-volume hiring, and expanded geographic coverage. The position is  virtual , with candidates ideally located in North Carolina , and may require 1–2 days in office depending on business needs.
• The client is looking for someone who can manage  full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment with minimal handholding.
• Prior  university recruiting experience is preferred , but they are open to candidates with strong full-cycle recruiting experience even if they do not have direct campus recruiting experience.

Key requirements/preferences:

• Experience with  high-volume recruiting
• Ability to support  internship and full-time university hiring
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but open to equivalent work experience in place of a degree
• Tech industry background preferred
• Open to candidates with contract recruiting experience
• Able to track and manage metrics such as  hiring manager rates, time-to-fill, and overall fill rate
• Must have both strong recruiting execution and reporting/metrics capability

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
