Senior Welder - 1st shift

Senior Welder Location: Celina, OH Remote Status: On-Site We are looking for an experienced Senior Welder to lead our in-house fabrication department. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and optimize collaborative robotic (COBOT) welding systems. Perform MIG welding, fabrication, fit-up, and assembly of structural steel components. Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols to build products to specification. Inspect weld quality, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend process improvements. Support tube laser, flat laser, and press brake operations while helping train and mentor other welders. Support development of welding procedures and quality standards. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Completion of a welding certificate, vocational training program, career center program, or related technical education. 10+ years of MIG welding and steel fabrication experience. Strong GMAW (MIG) welding skills on carbon steel. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Experience with robotic welding, AWS certifications, or fabrication equipment is a plus.
