You will lead a high-performing team of Campaign Managers overseeing large-scale creator marketing programs for top-tier brands. As a senior partner to CMO-level stakeholders, you'll manage over $2M in monthly spend, driving account retention and expansion while directly influencing product development and the company's long-term go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Do

• Oversee a team of 5–6 Campaign Managers to deliver world-class creator marketing execution and measurable results.
• Act as the senior client lead for high-value accounts, ensuring consistent retention and strategic account expansion.
• Manage $2M+ in monthly campaign spend while optimizing performance and operational efficiency across the department.
