- Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with Seaman Corporation's marketing and commercial objectives.
- Plan and manage Seaman Corporation's participation in trade shows, including booth strategy, logistics, vendor coordination, and on site execution.
- Lead customer, distributor, and partner events that strengthen relationships and support sales growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align event messaging with product positioning and market priorities.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, contracts, and external vendors (show services, exhibit houses, agencies).
- Oversee booth design, signage, product displays, literature, and branded materials to ensure consistency with corporate brand standards.
- Support product launches and market specific initiatives through targeted event programming.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and event staff, including pre-event preparation and post event follow up.
- Measure and report on event effectiveness, including attendance, lead quality, sales impact, and ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event processes, tools, and execution practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience managing marketing events, trade shows, or experiential marketing
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or technical markets strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally; flexible to work evenings or weekends as required
