Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred Licensure: Current NJ RN License AHA BLS certification Three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse. National certification in Cardiovascular Nursing required or within 6 months of hire. Experience: Must possess progressive leadership experience managing the day‑today operations of an invasive cardiovascular lab and/or cardiac critical care unit. Minimum of 3 years nursing unit managerial experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets and productivity. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and motivational skills. Critical thinking, program development and project management skills.
